So Im thinking of starting my second cycle on the 4th of March.

Ill probably keep doses really low, no orals so i dont f*ck my liver.

Test e 250mgs a week for 20 weeks

Tren ace 150mgs a week for 20 weeks

Test prop week 1 to week 4 150mgs prop frontload

Been reading up a lot about tren lately, seems people get less sides, aggression from running a lower dose of test and keeping tren higher. E.g. 300 test and 400 tren , thoughts?looking at doing this soon so just wondering if its better to keep test or tren higher?

76.65kgs today. FUUUUUUUUUUUU, I have a vial of prop at home. Might just pin it tonight.

In the gym today, I tried to squat 180kg with knee wraps and barely got 3 reps. So I stopped and just did shoulders.

Once I start again, this is gonna be my new split:

Monday Chest and calves

Tuesday Arms and abs

Wednesday Back and calves

Thursday Arms and abs

Friday Shoulders and calves

Saturday Arms and abs

Sunday Rest

76.65kgs today. FUUUUUUUUUUUU, I have a vial of prop at home. Might just pin it tonight.

In the gym today, I tried to squat 180kg with knee wraps and barely got 3 reps. So I stopped and just did shoulders.

Once I start again, this is gonna be my new split:

Monday Chest and calves

Tuesday Arms and abs

Wednesday Back and calves

Thursday Arms and abs

Friday Shoulders and calves

Saturday Arms and abs

Sunday Rest

Not gonna do legs anymore as they are too big. I just want Josef Rakich legs so gonna just do leg extensions once or twice a week.

lol at pinning prop while "off" to maintain 76kg. :roll: .. maybe dont drink so much and be so proud of it etc and eat some food and the results may amaze you. it shouldnt be hard for you to maintain the weight you are at.

I wouldnt consider 300 Test and 400 Tren a high tren / low test combo.

They are just about even.

525 tren and 100mg-200mg test would high tren / low test.

Damn, worked 22 days straight now. 70 hour weeks.

Went out last Friday and Saturday nights, got back home at 4am and started work at 6am.

Got drunk on Saturday night and got back home at 7:30am and started work at 8am.

Sick as f*ck now, got the worst cough ever and nose is running like a nigga from the cops. Didn't eat much at all for the last week, not nearly enough sleep and haven't been lifting.

I look like shit and t-shirts are hanging off me. Weighed in at 76.7kgs today. Hit chest today

Felt like shit and throat was sore as f*ck so only trained for ten minutes.

he's actually pretty big from soundsgood's accounts. still doesn't change the fact that he'll die one day thinking back at his life's journey remembering how much of an arrogant fuckwit he was to so many people. :pfft:
