Hey everybody, my names Morrison or Morry (Sorry with a M) for short. I was actually just on google researching on body building courses etc. I want to start taking care of my body! :) I'm 23 years old, will be 24 tomorrow (wee!) and looking into training and toning up etc as I hardly lift weights or diet etc. So I'm pretty NEW to all of this. I'm 5'11 tall and weigh 79 - 82 kgs (I'm guessing most of it is height and body fat!) HAHA so yeah I really want to make a change to my health side of things with training up and eating the right foods etc. Time to turn a new leaf and look after my body cause we all know, if we look after our bodies, our bodies will look after us! :) Cool, any suggestions, advice, motivation for first time trainers (AT 23!) is welcomed. Thanks :)
