It asll sounds good in the write up but I dont see anything fantastic in the ingredients, I used to try a few of these type things years ago and none of them delivered what the write ups promised.

I just take trib, zinc & mag as separate supps before bed - works out much cheaper in the long run.

I'm not Waldo but I'll put my 2c in anyway..

The trib has increased my libido (the wife is happy) but I'm not sure if it's helped with any gains as such.

ZMA is a combo of Zinc, Magnesium & B6.

The Zinc helps with recovery, tissue building & testosterone production.

The Magnesuim helps relax the nervous system for a deeper sleep.

The B6 helps in the maunfacture of the aminos.

They all do more than what I've stated, but that's just a rough overview.

Tribulus gave me a woody, and ZMA helps me sleep well. It also supports testosterone levels.

With the absence of blood tests to show levels of leutenising hormone before and after taking trib, I can't really say how well it worked.
