Fat stomach...

Hi, I've never been happy with the fat on my stomach. I don't know how to write this, but here goes.

In the morning I cant see any cellulite, I don't know if its the lighting or what but it looks 'ok' You can see the development of the underneath muscles.

How ever at night it looks like total shit. Looks all cellulite and dimply.

Its like I accumulate all the fat around my upper and lower stomach. This is just genetics right? Nothing I can do?

I remember as a child I had rolls of fat on my stomach yet I was either underweight or close to. Even in high school I remember changing out of P.E gear and some kids laughed at me when I bent over for having rolls or having a fat stomach. Even though I was underweight and got commented for being skinny.

Ive been on prednisone for about 5 months while gaining weight but still lifting, I duno if thats made it even worse.

Its like im gonna have to go to single digit body fat % to not look like shit. When I was at 15% it was seriously like cottage cheese underneath.

As if anyone can magically make my fat stomach go away I thought id just share this :(

Looks like you got jewed on the genetics my friend. it is however important for us to know you age, exercise level and nutritional intake before we can offer advise.

Age:21

Exercise level:

Year ago:Cardio once a week, Train each body part once a week. Heavily Intense workouts.

Last 8-12 months: No cardio, Train each body part twice a week. Increasing the volume/hitting more frequently, hence not as intense compared to before.

Nutritional Intake:Lean meats, veges. Alot of fruits. 90% water. IIFYM approach. Not afraid to eat 'dirty' food as long as I've eaten 'clean'

Track calories everyday.

Did the whole eating 'clean' thing for 1 year straight before.

0.82xpounds bodyweight for protein, Minimal. Not skipping on fat intake and fill rest with carbs.

As Tom says, try getting leaner. Everyone stores fat in different places. I'm quite the opposite to you - I have pretty good abs, but even sitting at about 9%, I have very little definition in my arms. It's very frustrating. There's only one solution... get leaner still! :D

Give Intermitted Fasting a try from that website. Focuses on meal timing, fasted morning workout (first meal is lunch), and keeping amino acid intake up (pre and intra workout). I've lost 9kg's in 5 weeks, strength increasing in some areas although not really lifting to gain strength, just more maintenance. Seems to be a good way to go if you're Natty and want good system to shift the stubborn stuff quickly.

It recommends cardio after fasted weights in the morning (same session). I found that just hammered me and resulted in no muscle growth, actually started losing muscle. I've changed to 500 calories of cardio at night, with fasted weights in the morning. Only eating 2 meals each day, plus a couple of protein shakes at night with 40g protein with water plus some BCAA's. If I need an extra meal I'll throw in 10g of BCAA's with water, or a scoop of protein with water and 4g of BCAA's. First week is tough, but then piece of P*ss once results start happening.

I found I needed to limit fruit, and drop calories to 1,800 to 2,500 before things really started moving.
