in a few weeks i'm keen to go to a nutritionist and get a solid plan for cutting/recomp, my last cut i lost quite a lot of strength and muscle so want to do this properly.

im at a point motivation wise where i can follow a eating plan 100% spot on so might as well spend the money and get one.

can anyone recommend a nutritionist in west auckland or north shore?

what do they usually charge roughly?
