Hi all, :P

I have been working hard and eating clean for the last year, but more intensively the last 6 months.

5/6 x per week programs at home, Beachbody programs such as p90x,Body beast, Turbofire (HIIT), and INsanity.

Seem to have hit a plateau with weightloss and i feel another 2 kg off (pretty much on stomach and i have 2 kids) before i maintain would be gold. Looking for all of the nutrition advice i can get.meal plans etc would be great to hear from any of you .

You can't spot reduce weight off abdomen without surgery.

Do you know what your b/fat % is? or can you post a pic? (so we can gauge if you have 2kg to lose). Sometimes the best measurement - especially in low bfat ranges - is simply looking in the mirror.
