Posing Classes/Learning How To

Hi everyone, I currently live in Rotorua and wanted to know how/where I can find someone to teach me how to pose properly for competitions.

I personally know zero BB's, I wanted to start now to really improve myself and learn the ropes.

Any help would be appreciated.
