Big Red = Looking for training tips etc

Hi Guys,

I would like to introduce myself as a 20 year old, and a body builder who has a long way to go.

I am really searching for people with experience, people who are motivated for training. I am also searching for a gym where people can train with out a shirt and no one cares. I am sick of gyms where people are so scared to go completely all out, who are scared of the smell of sweat? I mean what is the point of going to the gym if your not even going to break into a real sweat?

Any one know any real power lifting gyms in Auckland which are reasonable?

Anyone have any advice about eating. I am 6'2 and weigh 140 kgs, i know its heavy and its partly because of my diet being very bad.

I am always looking for advice and motivation.

Gillies ave is for you then most likely. I can't think of any other places.

Come have a look at 99 (?) Gillies avenue, Newmarket by the Badminton hall. Best days to come are Monday, Weds between 4 and 6pm or Saturday 12-5pm.

big red.. listen to big mac... I went to gillies and in 2 months added 20 kg onto my squat and another 25kg onto my deadlift.. i kid you not.

Most of that was improving technique and motivation of watching lifters half your size chuck weight twice as much as them overhead for s#hites and giggles...

seriously cant reccomend gillies enough.

Fees are 200$ a year. plus $12 for a key so you can access the gym 24/7.

Expensiveurine and I train Monday to Thursday 4-5pm onwards usually and most Saturdays after 3pm.
