Hi all, been a while since Ive posted here.

still training pretty hard though the silly season is slowing things down a bit.

Ive found my new form of training and love it, like many others, CROSSFIT dont think i could train in a typical gym again.

Anyways, have been crossfitting for close to 6 months now, towards the end a last year we done a in house challenge and I lost 10kgs which is what I wanted.

even though I still want to lose more body fat, I feel my strength gains are very slow, good but slow, and Im baseing that around others at the gym.

basically all my life ive been the slightly over weight tall kid with little strength, all through school I noticed it compared to others, I noticed it at the gym when I first started, always been weak

im 6'1 and now around 94kgs im now 30 years old

I hold weight very easily, put weight on very easily

I have a very reliable trainer who I respect completly and she is very good with my diet info but im wondering if its worth getting a test for my testosterone levels???

if im low, could this be a reason for my holding weight and struggling to gain strength like I should?

This is an interesting thread and I have just started to read it, I also love crossfit and loving it. Just waiting for our gym to open the crossfit area in the next couple of weeks. I am currently 93kgs and 6 foot. So its going to be interesting for me to read this.

i guess im not talking so much about current progression, or even my diet, more so on the fact that before I started the gym I was naturally weak.

can a weak physique in a male be put down to testosterone?

Its just a thought while I explore other ideas and options
