30grams of whey = how much mls?

Mls is volume, gram is mass....

30 grams is probably a couple of table spoons.

Are you wanting to convert one to the other or determine the amount of protein in a serve?

I want to be able to find out how much cups worth is 30 grams of WPC is.(1 serving)

for example I want to be able to get 1/3 cup and know that it is approx 30 grams of WPC. (which has 23.9g of protein)

Not worried about the protein content but the 30grams of WPC.

So yea convert 30grams of WPC to either cups mls etc. (even tho mls and grams are different)

If some one could weigh 30 grams of WPC and tell me how much that is in either mls or cups.

Scoop a tablespoon of whey into a measuring glass. That's how much 30g is equal to in cups lol.

That cannot be any where near 30 grams.

How can you use volume and compare it to weight.

My bad - 2 table spoons.

Ahh it's a bit difficult as it depends on the density of the substance.

Your best bet is to use electronic kitchen scales if you have any.

US tablespoon:

1 tablespoon of water weighs 14.79 grams

1 tablespoon of table salt weighs 18.25 grams

1 tablespoon of butter weighs 14.19 grams

1 tablespoon of oil (canola or soy) weighs 13.62 grams

1 tablespoon of sugar (granulated) weighs 12.5 grams

1 tablespoon of sugar (brown) weighs 13.8 grams (packed)

Going off this I'd say 2 tablespoons will be about 30g.

1kg of fresh water is 1000mls... that is accurate when converting mass to volume.

seriously, it depends on the size of your 30gms. 30 grams of lead is smaller than 30 grams of feathers.

If you weigh up 30gms of flour, and add it to a cup, you may have a good estimate of what it looks like.

and 30gms is not 30gms of protein. 79.8% of that weight is. it is pretty cheap though. Maybe Nutratech has it cheaper. If money is an issue go to bodybuilding.co.nz and check it out.

Why did you want to know the conversion? curious. Not hating.

did your WPC come with a scoop? they generally come with some type of scoop which is exactly 1 serving size so 20~40g worth of protein. now I'm guessing you already have a shaker of some sort, check the markings on it. they all have some form of volumetric markings whether it be mls, ounces or both. just keep adding your scoops in to the shaker until you reach a marking then it's simple reverse calculations from there to reach whatever figure you wanted.

Its a hard question to answer, especially if the supplier of the protein doesn't have tight control limits on bulk density of the power. Which most don't aka myofusion.

Have you ever looked at the height of the powder in the tubs the weight is the same but the volume in the tub varies significantly. I noticed about +/- 25mm variation.
