Tummy Bug

Well what a week went to work wednesday power chucked int the toilet went home and lay in bed for 3 days. It was that hot outside 27 degree's but I'm under the blankets to keep warm drunk plenty of water but didn't eat unit friday afternoon. No energy at all now on the mend still don't feel like eating but have had chicken soup toast crackers. No training for the last few days wont train again till I'm 100% again :toilet: Has anyone had this virus going around??

had similar a couple months back, felt like i had leg doms for about a week afterwards pretty weird

I wasn't to bad spewed twice and the shits once so not bad just wasn't hungry no energy at all

i had this about a month ago, spewed for the first day.....then had th runs for about 5 days.......lost about 5kg

back to where i was now, strength and weight

really took it out of me tho, was S#%T!

not sure how much weight I've lost will weigh myself tomorrow

Just went to the gym weighed myself 91kgs dropped 5kgs in 3 days by not eating
