Hey everyone!

Just thought I would jump in and say hey and introduce myself a little!

I am 22 and have been training for around 3 years but have had breaks due to travel which was worth it. Made me miss the gym though and realise how quickly gains disappear when you aren't training or in a routine. I have pretty much learnt everything on my own with a mate of mine. Both use to be twigs when we started and haven't looked back since.

I done a fitness course last year which helped increase my knowledge hugely with pretty much everything but know I still have a huge amount to learn and thought why not get into these forums and talk with other fellow gym junkies!

Few stats

86kg ---> wanting to break the 90kg mark soon.

176cm ---> Want to increase this too :P kidding!

Squats -- > 180kg 1RM

Deadlift --> 205kg 1RM

Bench --> 115kg 1RM

Love squats and deadlifts. Bench I feel I Lack in and haven't been able to gain much strength in my chest. I have growth but not as much as I am wanting. Wanting to really focus on it this year and break through my plateaus.

I am also wanting to compete or get into the competing scene. I just have no idea how to go about it and train for it and all. Any tips or advice would be much appreciated :D
