Pretty vague question, but calories are calories. Neither are really worth what they cost to be completely honest but definitely prefer the taste of Mutant Mass. Stuff tastes hellllla good

They both probably give the same results, but as Reggzie said, Mutant Mass tastes good.

If you want to put on mass quickly, then go for it. Just don't expect it to all be muscle.

Just mix dat der whey with dat der oats for inhuman gains.

Mass Builders/Gains are just over priced calories. Just buy oat bran, olive oil, flax seed oil or ground flax seed and mix with whey.
