deplete/load - after?

Just curious if anyone's done a full carb deplete and load shortly after coming off clen. To sound un-educated I've "heard" that coming off can mess with weight gain a bit but have never noticed personally but was wondering due to the loading phase if there was any risk of it going wrong and ending up a bit chubs? Probably looking to stop clen the day before the deplete so that would be like a erm 3-4 day gap before first load day.

Thoughts/experience greatly appreciated xo

most people who prepare for a contest do a carb deplete and load after stopping clen, the week before a comp.

you should be fine, as TLAF says you can't dump a load of fat on your body in a few days....but srsly you can still "look" fat and chubby from other factors which is prolly your concern.

If you overload carbs, still drink heaps of water, and have plenty of sodium in your diet... and some gear can also retain water you'll look like shit....but it won't be fat, just water and carb spill-over.
