Shake on the go?

Do Protein shakes loose any quality sitting in my school bag all day? Also, what have others done when they need a protein shake on the go? Pre-made?

Get a cheap stick blender & keep it & a large plastic cup in your school bag.

Flavour systems can go a bit funny 'cos they're not designed for storage once made. I'd say the protein's fine.. just that it might taste a lil funky when you drink it later in the day :?

Yeah... I tends to seperate a bit too - all the solid goods sit at the top.

This is what I do…I make a big protein shake in a blender the morning (400ml trim milk, 1cup oats, 1 x 440gm can cream rice, 5 scoops protein powder) then split that into 2 drink containers, that my 10am and 1pm meals

Adding ice is a good idea to keep them cool if you don’t have any fridge storage

Why not get a handshaker and jus put scoops of your ppowder into it (dry), then add water from the drinking fountain, or tap, when your ready to drink it at school?

exactly!

I've always found it's best to put the water/milk in first, then you don't get stuck with all that unstirred protein powder at the bottom. You could carry a zip-lock bag with protein powder I guess.
