Foods To Include in CUT - Am I Doing It Right?

Ok, so I've been cutting, was in low 80's kgs and now I'm 67.5k ( 4 months work). I was just wondering If I am including the right foods in my diet. I also take Optimum Nutrition100% gold standard whey after workout and Optimum Nutrition casein before bed.

Breakfast:

Weet bix with half a cup of milk (Should I switch to oats? )

Lunch:

Chicken grilled breast sandwich withtomotao, cucumbers, lettuce, canned tuna, fish fillet, baked chicken sandwich (What else to include?)

Dinner:

Brocolli with every meal, small salad including carrots, lettuce, cucumbers. 3 egg wholes with Pita Bread, Chicken, Lamb chops, Fish fillets, Tofu & veges. ( What else should I include)

So yeah my meals are basically these, getting pretty boring, and want some help on what other foods I should include for CUTTING BTW, so foods low in calories and also beneficial I guess?

Thanks.

Well you have lost some weight so must be doing it right :D

A couple of sample diets listed here

http://www.muscleandfitness.com/nutriti ... -time-diet

The Cottage cheese and salsa took a while to get use too. I slightly modify to suit my needs.

Also you do know how many calories you need to eat a day? Link below if unsure content.php?id=186

Theres also food/calorie tracking websites to see how many calories your eating. Myfitnesspal is my favorite to use.

you are 67kgs right now and you're still trying to cut??? to what exactly? can you post pics of your physique bro? obviously no homo but would like to see what a cut from 80kgs to 67kgs looks like. My guess here, you need to bulk and bulk hard. Your diet looks good in terms of the choices but you also need to learn calories, macros. Learn that stuff and then it will give you a great idea of what you need to do to suit your goals. You are choosing great food sources (not the weetbix though unless you're a weetbix kid lol). Most don't get the nutrition side and never master the basics. It's all training first so hats off to you for that....but 67kgs?? that's hella light bro.

I second myfitnesspal its an excellence way to track macros, you can even put the app on your phone and use it out and about.

Most fast food outlets macros are on it also, great in the offseason maybe not to much when your dieting though unless its your refeed day

Theres nothing wrong with the foods but what are your calories and macros? This is what you need to keep track of most

I’m not too sure, but i’ll have to calculate it all again I think i’m cutting at around 1600-1700

Sweet I’ll have a look, and ^, and thanks for the link I got these results, it seems like way too much though rofl maintenance = 2700, fat loss 2300, muscle gain 3100 lol. I’m 21, 177cm, 68kg. Macros 3g protein per kg, that sounds about right, 1.3kg fat per kg. Also yep heard of myfitnesspal.

And will have a look at macros etc soon, and I'll swap the weetbix for oats, which oats do you recommend?

Sweet haha, won’t be eating fast food for a long time though :P

177cm, yeah it is haha, but I just want to be a skinny ripped kid then begin a lean bulk, if that sounds right lol. Yep by the looks of it, oats seems a better choice! Which do you recommend?

No more cutting bro, srs!! based on your pics, you don't have much muscle mass on you at all. You NEED muscle right now and it's the perfect time for you to do it coming off a cut. Im sure most here would agree. Cutting too long with your type of physique, your body will fight against you. 67kgs at 177cm's is far too small/thin. Build muscle. srs.

And if it doesn't it's not to hard to add new foods either definitely a powerful tool.

Oh woah damn, yeah don't really have any muscle mass lol. Maybe I might just cut for another 1month, hopefully drop a few more kgs/fat then just start my bulk, rekon I should lean bulk or just dirty bulk? Like how many calories a day should I do?

There's nothing wrong with weetbix, do you guys actually think its going to make a difference if he starts eating oats instead? :?

Don't worry about what anyone else thinks bro, if you want to get ripped as f*ck then do it. I'd rather be skinny than skinny fat lol. GL :)
