RC exercises and/or forearm exercises - When do you do them? e.g. before works or after?

I've just started doing RC exercises before a chest or shoulder workout as a warm up, but was wondering whether it would be better to do them after since most people say start with compound exercises and then do more isolated exercises?

Haven't done any forearm exercises yet but same question... before or after back/biceps?

RC as in Rota Cuff? I would do this before doing anything with my shoulders to hard them up. As it is common to injure them. Don't do anything heavy though.
