how do u guys stop your carb habbits and reduce the crave

ok so im a big bread eater, like i probably eat roughly 16-20 pieces of bread every day (depends if im @ work or doing nothing @ home), this is along with other carb sources too, i just crave it.

i was gonna try start drinking more water to help get the crave away?

any1 else got ideas?

i don't buy the bread, i live @ home with my mum, it's me and my brother here atm. So it's just sitting there. Guess it comes down to discipline!

hopefully overtime my cravings will be gone :grin:

when it gets tough it helps focus on why you're doing it, why it's worth it...

you need to look at what your goals are. Attach yourself to a strong sense of achievement through a defined specific goal with your physique. Once you can do that, then discipline will become way stronger and the decision to not eat bread will occur. For most of us, eating that much bread takes us further away from our goals. On the flipside....if you're young (strong chances are strong) and you weigh a buck 50 then couple that bread with a protein source.

Used to be like this.

Just a case of setting goals. Eat regularly to reduce cravings.

I find that having a meal plan, so actually knowing what your next meal is and when it is is the only way for me to be strict.

Its pretty lame way to live but makes me feel pretty damn good.
