anyone paid for their own cortisone shot?

Hello members of the forum

it's going to be nearly a year of my shoulder being bung, the physio chicks are doing f*ck all other than giving me stretches to do or having a chat to me about random issues, had 1 shot and was ok but the pain was still there and got denied a 2nd shot...have not lifted in like 3 months or so and the pain is still there, can't really go to the gym much since I am in Canada having a holiday and enjoying the sights and shit, but thinking of getting back into it when I am back in NZ (the dreamer bulk idea is sort of backfiring since I am not getting extra warmth here)

any way , I was wondering if anyone here ever did a cortisone shot on their own and knew how much it cost?
