Ab Circle Pro!

Ok ok, so I was at a garage sale over the weekend and they were selling one of these. I thought "Screw it. I'll give this a nudge" and gave it a try. Holy crap it was way harder than I thought (not to mention it mauled my lower back).

Don't get me wrong, I'm certainly not going to buy one, but it made me think of all of that hilarious infomercial exercise equipment from the 90s (the "ab rocker", that Chuck Norris one, etc.)

Did anyone ever try any of these things? Anyone got something gathering dust in the back of the garage?What were they like?
