Someone started a topic a while ago where he was going to do bloods etc before, during and after and what have you. Think he was using testfreak.

The topic went dead though I think, can't find it and there has been no updates.

I tried search for a relevant topic that had already been started. Could useful information

Consensus seems to be that it is not worth the money. After reading lots about it and considering opinions, I think consensus could be correct.

Just eat shitloads and train hard if you don't juice. Good as anything. Doubt Test boosters are going to give you that extra edge.

just been listening to research completed on body language...

Adopting powerful body language (regardless of whether you feel powerful and alpha btw) has been recorded as having an impact on the person's Testosterone and Cortisol levels.

Early days yet but you might wanna get that swag on as you march into the supplement store, look the shop owner directly in the eyes, and demand your Test Boosters....it might help

Test boosters are a waste of time IMO. DAA has been shown to increase test levels in a controlled environment by 30% how weather this is significant and actually influence muscle growth is another story.

These products maybe beneficial if your 40 plus and have low test levels otherwise a waste of money and time. Training hard, heavy and intense with also increase test levels so save your money for a product that works like Creatine and FOOD!

  • 4 months later...

I tried the Ronnie Coleman testogen zr and that stuff gave me the runs would.have been a allergy thing some suppliments do that to me.

So now I am trying pharmafreak testfreak not expecting too much from it but being in my late 30s I will take whatever test boost I can get. I am taking it at the US dosage of 4 caps at night. I have not noticed anything different yet except stinky body odour.
