Hi Guys,

Long time lurker here, I started cutting 4 weeks ago after completing a 6 month bulk with the final weigh in of around 98kg. So far im down to 94kg and was wanting a bit of feedback on my current diet below

I realise the carbs are quite low but I seem to have enough energy thoughout the day (deskjob)

My stats are

5'11

39YO

And currently around 21-22% bodyfat

Thoughts?

Thanks Guys

Spinach will be added, thanks.

Ill add some Broccoli to the 4pm meal as well

Will there be any problems with having my carbs so low? I tend to train at lunchtime for around 80minutes (cardio and weights) so figured i dont really need carbs later in the day?

If energy levels are fine with that amount of carbs there is no need to change it,provided strength levels remain the same or increase.

looks fine to me, good amount of protein and fats deriving from good sources.

there is no need to add in extra amounts of vegetables if you are already getting the nutrients you need from a multivitamin/multi-mineral and the vegetables listed.

Is it just me or is 2,000 calories a bit to aggressive of a deficit for his height and weight unless metabolism is really slow....

Macro's look alright but I might revisit the energy intake, don't want to be losing more than a 1kg a week unless significantly over weight IMO.
