yep I continue to use a pre-workout (beta-alanine, creatine, caffeine etc) so that I get the most out of my workouts after a day at the office.

I only take things like L-Glutamine or extra BCAAs when I'm either off-cycle or if I'm doing slin which has a greater uptake of these AAs.

Have taken these on-cycle without slin but didn't feel like they gave me anything I wasn't already getting in terms of growth for the AAS I was taking and the food I was eating so gave it away. Sometimes I revisit this and do buy some, but can't equate it to a single of mm of extra size on the body that AAS and lots of good food already gives me, and eventually stop.

Of the supps you mention Beta-Alanine rates highest for me, definite advantage during a workout.
