Shoulder or tricep pain

I’m having some pain in my shoulder or tricep (can’t really figure out which..). No chance I can overhead press or do skull crushers. All other exercises seem ok including bench press

Any idea what the problem might be? Hasn’t improved over 3 weeks now. I can do rotator cuff exercises like L-flys etc find but shoulder dislocations aren’t too good

Either see a physio or doctor, normally if things don't get better within a few days there is some sort of damage, I would suggest that you see someone about it.

Is it putting your arms over your head that causes the most pain? If so it's most likely an acromial impingement from inflamed rotator tendons, or possibly an AC joint impingement. I'd echo Andres advice and go and see a professonal, they should be able to pinpoint the issue and get you back on the quickest road to recovery.
