Creatine questions..

its really hotly debated whether you should go through a loading phase or not. if you were to wait for another of those debates to end you might never decide so just roll the dice and go with it (can't really go wrong either way, at worst you may 'waste' some money loading if it ends up bogus but it's really cheap anyway + the loading phase is so short it won't cause health issues)

cycling : the way i understand it (and it may be complete bs -> pls refer to profile pic), asking if you should cycle creatine is pretty much like asking if you should cycle multi-vitamin capsules

you might want to go off creatine for some things though like:

* if you were concerned about kidney health and going in for a blood test

* if you're going to be in a situation where you won't have access to the necessary amount of water such as some kind of military stuff -> when you're 'on the creatines' you need to get more water through you otherwise you will feel cramps etc.

* if creatine bloats you and you are getting ready for a show or something

Exactly! I said the exact same thing to a couple of friends and they just sat there and laughed at me. It's a micronutrient not a stimulant, so why the hell would you need to cycle it, right?

well i dunno if it's a joke or if people are just that naive but many people online use the word 'creatine' in place of 'steroids' (esp on forums where you're not allowed to directly talk about AAS) and thus the misunderstandings re : having to cycle it / go on PCT

Icecream, just take the damm thing, I take a tsp in my post workout shake, and I have found it to be amazing. I have also found that I often have a break once the container is finished for a few weeks and then restart it. The last time I took it I used one container and said to myself that this does not work and only just recently brought another one. Its been about a year between. This time I am finding that I am getting results with it. But again I will take a couple of weeks off when it runs out, normally cause I will have to wait to get paid again.

Use it. One of the few things that really help in the quest for GAINSSSS, and performance, and general health.

Definitely worth trying, considering there's no side effects from it, apart from MO GAINS.

In all seriousness, don't expect too much from it but it does help.

Gotta try it.

Hey just wondering how have you found it amazing? Has it sped up recovery significantly or..?

My oly lifts are getting heaver day by day. Today alone I managed to dead lift 160kgs twice, Ok I had to step back in between as I almost feel over on my second attempt. But I stood back and managed to lift it again. last week my 1RM was 150kgs. I am finding that yes my recovery time is a hell of a lot better, but I am mainly noticing it with my oly lifts which we do everyday. Yes I'm getting stronger, and I'm putting it down to this and my program as nothing else has changed.
