Getting Aesthetic

Samuel

Recommended Posts

My name's Samuel, I'm 15 years old and I live in Perth, Western Australia. I started weightlifting bout a year ago but for the last 7-8 months I've gotten serious in my training to get big/aesthetic or whatever you call it which = the girls and the parties ;). I regard myself being halfway between a mesomorph and an endomorph I guess. My technique and my strength is pretty good for my age, but I'm still struggling with getting my diet on track to lose this stubborn gut I've had for years -_-. Wish me luck fellas

Benchpress: 1RM 80KG.

Deadlift: 1RM 85KG.

Squat: 1RM 90KG.

Whatever you do, make sure you train all the muscle groups. If some guy says to ignore legs, he's a douche and you should move on. Sure, you can hide them behind board shorts, but you have to drop them pants sometime.

Strong legs = strong pulling power. Girl pulling.

Girls like hot bodies, yes. But they like a body in proportion too (except those freaks who like em mushroom).

@severe - yeah i always train my chest, back, legs and shoulders every week no matter what but if i'm short on time i can leave out bi's and tri's occasionally because i'm young and i work them with my chest and back anyway. (i add forearms with shoulders and superset calves with legs. and i don't want to end up like a cloud aye.

@Kiwijuice - haha yeah it's boganville. i've pretty much always had it :(

@Username - hopefully mate.
