Google aspirin

It's a blood thinner

Stops blood clotting

Google Polycythemia

It may be that the blood vessels in the nose are just a weak point in some people - an easy place for pressure to be let out. Thickening blood puts pressure on system = high blood pressure. Thinning your blood and releasing pressure can only help.

I had a mate that would bleed easy - happened largely because of the strain end of set ... his breath held grinding last rep etc ... had nothing to do with his blood not clotting - when the blood comes out of your skull its out because its come through a blood vessel - it doesn't clot before it gets there - clotting happens after.

I guess you might say if you are pre disposed to nose bleeds from high blood pressure and your using an asprin you may bleed a little more ... but the cause is not the blood thinning .. the cause of the nose bleed is a burst vessel.

Here's a tip for u to lower blood pressure - dont use such stupid amounts of gear.

That might be abit to simple of a solution though as Iv noticed you like to make things as complicated as possible.

While this was OK and didn't make me want to punch you. I think you're missing the point, in that it's only Dbol that gives me high BP and it's only ever Dbol that gives me nosebleeds.

Your solution is probably to use less Dbol. Which, obviously is my solution as well... as I'm trying 20mg at the moment. Maybe jump it back to 40mg soon though, as it just feels better!

Aspirin is just another NSAID. It blocks the effects of prostaglandins which are what causes the inflammation associated with muscle breakdown & repair. As previously discussed on this forum, there has to be a balance between using NSAIDs to allow effective training where injury has occured & slowing down the recovery and rebuilding process.

His nose bleeds are a symptom of high blood pressure not an inability to clot blood. Treating the high blood pressure is the primary concern, the bleeds will stop shortly after. The best course of action is to reduce the amount of gear you are taking instead of playing amateur doctor and create a situation of continuing/further polypharmacy. Reduce dosage/number of compounds now. Its the most simple and effective solution.

I started off thinking this could be a good thread with some interesting info and there is from the top guys (muscle,opti,android, SG). BUT Jesus all the other bullshit surrounding it turns it into a waste of time. I realise that this post isn't helping matters either but get it together guys.

Just a note really...

When I'm getting sick I find my blood pressure goes up and that's when I get the nosebleeds. If I get a nosebleed or feel high pressure (headaches) it's a sure sign I'm getting sick. Need to learn to listen to my body much more precisely if I'm going to be Mr NZ :)

Man I'm having a great time training at the moment. It's like I'm having a one last fling with Bbing, as the Mrs is overseas I'm left up to my own devices.... no way I'd get away with focusing entirely on bbing when she's back. lol

Really letting myself get consumed with it and obsessing hard, everything is bodybuilding. Ahh it's fun being an animal. :)

Yesterday I remembered that I love squatting. Haven't squatted for 8 months, just been focusing on leg presses (also I had about 4 months off training altogether). Kept it at 160kg this first time. Should be hitting some good 200/220 for work sets in a few weeks

oh shit, nose bleed this morning... picking my nose as I wake up and I'm like oh shit what's this. Wasn't a bad one tho. DBol is legit.

Gonna drop the Dbol for a couple of days, then come back in at 20mg/day. Starting with a bit of taurine as well to control the bp

I had blood noses too, and shoulder acne that was harsh. dbols for the win.

The fact that I have to even clarify what I'm talking about is the problem. I wasn't referring to your "common sense" posts as you put them, I'm referring to the extra posts surrounding them. You can make a point about dose/amounts and cycle but if the guy doesn't agree with you or doesn't want to know then drop it.

The continual hounding and bullshit posts on this forum is why a lot of us now stay well clear of it. A crying shame really because there is a huge amount of knowledge floating around here that tends to get lost in amongst the crap. In saying that it's still the best forum of its type in Australasia thanks to those good posts and contributors.

mate i also enjoy reading about other peoples trials and changes. i'm having quite good success with Tren and Boldenone thanks to IDW....sure the compounds have been used by others b4, but he's the only one that posts his experience and I've seen his physique change in the gym, so good enough for me.

Training update

Did Chest heavy first time in three weeks. Bench was hard, 140kg felt heavier than last time so I just stayed there. I got suckered in to stacking a whole heap of hay down on the farm on Sunday. A good few hours of hoisting 30-50kg bales around sure takes it out of you. I'll put it down to that. Next week I'll make sure I come in fresh to chest.
