Weight doesn't really mean anything. I could abuse slin and put on 15 kg or I could eat more and put on 15 even shittier kg's. i'm not a bodybuilder so it doesnt fuckn matter

I'm only 170cm. If you saw my frame you'd realise 100kg solid is about all anyone could ever pack on it without slin. weighed 96kg probably 11-13% bf the other day. hoping for 100kg 10%.. that'll do me :)

but yes my diet, training, and rest do require tweaking.. constantly working on those variables

my genetics are a bit shit. i'm not very naturally insulin sensitive like the poly's you'd see around. hard for me to fill up naturally.

I'm not vatani.. and he's tallker like 5ft 9. And he's younger and a nut, well more nutty than me. Who knows what his real cycle is? I'm not crazy enough to muck with meth lol. you could eat like total shit and pack the pounds on then cut up

and I guess he's got good genetics. :)

Bro, don't sweat it. Judging by your photo your looking a lot better than what i saw you at 8 months ago. I think for your height 90-95kg with low bf% would be mean. Still havent caught up at gym but ive been going late as its so fucking hot in there.

Hey bro, there's no point sweating it. Yea, if I bring up my lagging body-parts I think I'll start looking pretty sick. I'm currently training with a good mate of mine at Auckland Uni gym Mon, Wed, Fri and shoulders and arms are my mates forte - he used to have absolutely fucking awesome arms 19-20 inch (he's my height and has always been natty). So, I'll be making some good improvements these coming weeks/months.

I'll log my workout from today, it was pretty sick... couldn't lift my arms up over my head for about half an hour after that's how pumped and worked my shoulders were...

I'm still training cardio on the days I'm not at Akl Uni, so look out for me...

Shoulders and cycle update

I've added in some Dianabol, starting Saturday. I'm doing 60mg/day, every day. Possibly a bit high, but I won't hesitate to drop it down a bit should I feel the need to. I can't say yet whether it's 100% legit, but I am feeling like I have more go in the gym and my moods have been better since starting. I think it might be good to go, but time will tell... it's quite easy to tell good Dbol once the sides start.

Since Saturday, I've made it a point to drink 2-4 L of water first-thing in the morning, it seems I'm absorbing it, not just pissing it out. Today I weighed in at 98kg right before training. I drank about 2 L of water while training, but hell did I sweat like a mofo... was way down to about 94kg after training. :shock:

Seated Barbell Shoulder Press Triple Drop

100kg drop to 80kg drop to 40kg (standing)

80kg drop to 60kg drop to 40kg (standing)

Seated Dumb Bell Presses

40kg

35kg

Hehehe my training partner had to run up to the mens and throw up at this point. He's just getting back into training, getting a bit nauseous.

Seated Shoulder Press Machine

260lbs (full stack) drop to 1/3 stack

260lbs (full stack) drop to 1/3 stack

Dumb Bell Side Lateral Raises

Two sets of 20kg drop to 10kg

Reverse Pec Deck Flyes

165lbs for 3 sets

Cable Front Raises

3 sets

Bent over Rear Delt Flyes

7 sets of 15

Haha, yep that was me. The big indian guy was a freak about 6 years ago. He'd look exactly like Dennis James if he got juiced, he'd blow up to that size easy with his genetics. He's got an amazing response to carbs, but he's got to watch out cuz his dad was diabetic.

All good about making us wait, managed to warm my arms up a bit. I'll come and say hi next time I see you around.
