This. Spotters are over rated. I do one rep maxes without a spotter, if I fail just dump the bar. Take the humiliation. More likely than not, you getting spotted big time

so what is your 1rm?

id guess about 115, bit of a difference between doing that and 180kg without a spotter tom.

Ok so pretty much every suggestion I made earlier in this thread u have now done anyway after taking a defensive know it all stance and thinking I was picking on you.

- uv dropped ur total gear dose

- uv added testosterone

- uv actually got a decided split now

I am actually sticking to my initial cycle, but with dosages a bit lowered cuz I can't be arsed with the inject volumes.

400mg Bold/week

400mg Tren/week

400mg Deca/week

400mg Mast/week

200mg Test/week (replacement dosage for aggressiveness and sexual function)

50mg Dbol on training days ;)

Feeling like a beast.

One of the reasons I ran no test was because last October our good friend Tomsammce was doing the same. He seemed to think it was great for his fitness at the time.

Today I trained Chest and a bit of Biceps afterwards. I'll do legs tomorrow.

Flat Bench Press

160kg x 5 racked it early because my left shoulder still a bit sore.. felt it tweaking

140kg x 15 or so (didn't count)

140kg x 10 (only 9 as MNZ points out :pfft:)

140kg x 10

140kg x 8

140kg x 5

Had someone record my second set on 140kg. Left arm starting giving out a bit so I racked it early and didn't grind out more... was hoping for 15 reps but gotta be careful eh. Next week

And yea... I'm small guys

Today weighed in at 89.5kg in my birthday clothes. Tren and Bold doing their job keeping the metabolism quick... feel like a furnace all the time. Makes the wilks thing better... hopefully when I attack 180kg I do it at around 87kg or so.

Restrictive diet bro. I'm slowly leaning up... I've got a few more kg's of fat around me that I can loose.

probably could if I were Tomsammce, but I don't know shit about diet. with me it's either cut and harden up or bulk and bloof. I'm just a gym junkie bro :)

I ran boldenone by itself. Not everything under the sun except test.

It still raised my testosterone significantly going off blood tests obviously not as much mg for mg as test but I was getting a sore lower back from running testosterone when doing lotsa running the more mild eq worked better and would give me the side effects that running winstrol alone would give me. I could still f*ck and it gave me everything I was getting from testosterone at a slightly lesser level without the back pain and few other issues.

It improved my fitness and I got really good results from it. I did that for near 15 weeks, I had faith in it and if there was ever a doubt or an inconsistency some days I would change diet and training not my cycle.

It was a success and I would do again.

Anyway I think we are both just acting like dorks in this thread, so lets just give each other constructive advice and leave it at that.

Hey, you also say you don't know shit about diet. Mate get someone to write you a plan. Stick to it. You will get your best gains etc off a good diet. Diet is key. Pinning heaps of gear and having a shit diet is going to give you no where near as good a gains as you would off a good eating plan. Been there done that. Now have new diet, training routine and im seeing best gains ever. Just some advice, take it or leave it.
