Awww, u gave in to the temptation. This thread is hilarious anyhow, so many LOLs.

Just to clarify one thing. I did not for one second ever think I would actually be Mr NZ, during this so called "episode"... as I have explained before... it was just a ruse to rustle up our Most Valuable Member soundsgood. He'd said that he wanted to become Mr NZ himself... and I just played along and said the same of myself... and it got a bit out of hand. People actually believed I was serious?!

I've got too many injuries, too shitty genetics, and I'm not near consistent enough to actually be a competitive bodybuilder... everyone should know this by now. :)

This bench thing goes along the same lines, so Tom is 100% correct in his surmise... but the difference is, this time I'm going to fucking bench 4 plates per side! I'm taking this to the end and I will eventually post a video of me doing it in this here thread.

OK Tom. You've made your point that you disagree with IDW's methods. Clearly he's not going to change his mind, so there's nothing to be gained if you keep hassling him about it. Leave him alone in this topic, please.

I'm Sorry IDW for invading ur journal with common sense and the simple facts of training and steroid use. I forgot that being sensible and gym smart can be so easily over looked by a 10 year steroid veteran like urself.

I wish u all the best trying to get past 95 kilograms and I wish your endocrine system all the best with all the rapid swapping and dropping of compounds week to week.

Good luck and I hope to see you up at my gym sometime so you could teach me a thing or two, I'm sure it would be a good laugh.

Lets get down to business...

Going forward I'll keep this split:

Monday: Legs

Tuesday: Chest

Wednesday: Back

Thursday: Shoulders

Friday: Arms

Sat: Off

Sun: Off

The cycle looks like this:

Test 1000mg/week

Tren 350mg/week

Deca 700mg/week

Arimidex 0.5mg EOD

Boldenone has been dropped. I want to run this alone with test next cycle and get a proper appreciation for it. I've never run above 400mg/week.

Testosterone has been put in place of Boldenone, and arimidex is being used as estrogen control.

Masteron has also been dropped. I'll run that when I drop Deca out and my bodyfat is a bit lower.

I've just bought an 11kg bag of WPC from evolv supplements... can't wait for it to arrive. I've gone through most of a 5.5kg in the last three weeks alone. My dient is probably getting about 200g protein a day from it on most days. It's good stuff... highly recommended, can easily mix it with warm tap water, which more than makes up for the price IMO

Also been starting some sprint training. Three days a week I'm heading down to Mt Smart stadium and doing 10 sets of 100m during my lunch breaks at work. Really loving this. Also doing a bit of sprinting when doing cardio... as I run along I pick a couple of points that are about 100m apart and sprint as fast as I can from one to the other... I do about 5 of these sprints in my 40 minute morning walk.

Just returned from a run... feeling awesome... dripping in sweat. :)

so after all that your going to run test now? ..... really poorly planned cycle.

Yeah, libido on bold only is crap... and I hadn't run bold that high before. I need some more experience with Bold. So yeah I'll give you the poorly planned part. Doesn't matter tho. It's all fun and games.

When you're blasting and cruising... you don't need plan so rigidly. You don't get it bro... as long as I keep a certain level of androgens in me.. I'm fine.

I'll post pics in about 4 weeks bro, you'll see that planning the drugs doesn't matter too much when you just keep the overall level high.

Would be keen to see some pics. Thats some swapping and changing on compounds. All honesty mate I think you need to take a step back and think about what you want to achieve. Pumping yourself full of gear and hoping for the best seems dumb. I don't mean that in a disrespectful way.

Give Tom his due, one thing he said a while ago on here stuck with me.. you don't need to use that much gear. I took his advice and ran 400mg test a week, ate better and trained better. My cardio is better, I look better, not a big bloated mess. ( I ran silly doses and was a big lump)

Be careful with cardio on those doses. IME tren fucked my cardio. Pumps, water weight ect.

I said that a long time ago as well. It's not just Tom that says that. Most of the time I run 400mg or less... that's called a cruise to me. Good advice for sustainable use if you're doing on off... you really don't need so much.

The tren cardio thing only starts around week 6 with me. At the moment it's just getting better.

Will post pics soon, Just changed my training/gear consumption. Like I said I ran high doses of farking everything and looked terrible. Travel often too and binge eat when away. So not happy with my condition. Will post when I get there.

Like I said in an earlier post my goals have changed. Want to be fitter and look good in clothes (No homo) Point i'm making I have spent shit loads on gear, ran high does of quite a few compounds and it was an absolute waste.

I'm starting from fresh. If you are happy with your gains and physique then carry on mate but if your not do you think throwing more gear and money at it will change things.

I'm not digging at you im just having a conversation. Sorry forgot to add "brah"

I'm happy with things. Gear is cheap as for me bro that's not even a consideration anymore. Gotta look into some HGH maybe as I get closer to my 30's I kind of feel it'll make a difference.

Why do you need a spotter bro. I never use a spotter. Benched 4pps for 8 reps this afternoon and I was the only one in the gym. Just saying :wink:

Good progress so far man, you have got to be good for 1 or 2 reps at 180 by now I'd say

This. Spotters are over rated. I do one rep maxes without a spotter, if I fail just dump the bar. Take the humiliation. More likely than not, you getting spotted big time

180kg is a bit different to 90kg

It's all relative... small fellas like u and I only have certain size bones and strength joints. u try flipping 180kg off to the side if u cant rack it.. or imagine rolling it down ur chest to get it off you. or having it on ur neck and not being able to do anything. u'd be dead boy lol

more likely than not, you getting spotted big time

Whenever someone spots me.. I make sure they don't touch the bar... it's hands off, untill that last rep and only if I need help racking it. Standard grown up spotting protocol bro

Wasn't having a go just trying to build up your confidence in doing it bro, because it looks like you could probably crack it if u gave it an honest crack.

To amp myself up for a big lift I visualise it before I train, Make sure I have adequate carbs and pre workout before, not too many warmup sets so I'm tired but enough to loosen up my body, big sniff of ammonia before :pfft: and always my 1RM track on full volume in my headphones! Everyone's different, I'm sure you have your protocol too, just don't forget the ammonia :oops: !

Agree with your spotter mentality, unfortunately very few ppl do follow that protocol. That's why If anything I have a 'Safety'. Someone behind the bench to help rack the bar if anything goes wrong.
