Daniel Joyce's a bit of weird one. Oh well.

I don't care too much for mass. When I look back over time, the best times I had was on about 1g of test per week and 100mg Tren A per day and I was 83kg with veins everywhere.

I'm 118kg with veins everywhere and running 75mg Tren A ED and 187.5mg of Test E per week. You jelly?

Good size tho. But, definitely not jelly now. I'm only 5'6", small framed. Touched close to 100kg with decent condition last year, but not ripped.

Small and ripped isn't to be sneezed at. After this cycle I might cruise a while and then go into small and ripped mode. Nice and sustainable and don't need to worry about comparing my weight to others all the time. I used to bench 140kg for about 8 reps easily back when I was 83kg... that's when I won the medal that is my AVI.

He's a bit taller I think? No idea... but from his movies, I'm much thicker through my back and chest than he is. John Cena look would be good.

You must be a powerhouse being able to do 210kg bench for 6 reps at that height/weight. I remember meeting TLAF when he was about 100kg at your height... looked like a stick insect to me. He's looking much more normal at 115kg from his pics.

can't you just block these thoughts out or manage them if you know they're artificially induced?

I don't know, probably to some degree. Is that what you do?

It's not a constant thing I feel. Just sometimes, like yesterday, I was avoiding stuff because of it. Like... "oh there's that group of people", let's avoid them and walk this way...

I assaulted that guy during my first cycle of Tren and ever since then I'm just more aware that the feeling that the hormone gives is artificial and not one that I would normally have...so now I just ignore it.

I don't avoid these situations but I avoid reacting to them.

Still if you can't control it at least you can identify it and adjust...all good

Well today I'm feeling 100% through and through again. I wonder what brings on the anxiety when it does hit.

hey bro, pretty good. having fun experiencing some new stuff. Primed have a go at taking a video next week... mainly pump type workouts this week. Shoulders and chest are asking for a beating.

Yo bro, post some pics. You have been on gear for 10 years and your weighing in the 90's. To me you should be looking ripped, beasty.

I only just started the cycle... I will in the new year as I tighten up.

The deload week is over now and my shoulder feels OK. By Monday it'll be ready for some action again.

Ended up swapping Chest for Arms on Tuesday and taking Wednesday off and pushing shoulders to Thursday.

Today I did Back and some Hamstrings... workout went like so:

Unilateral Lat Pull down

Worked up to sets of 175lbs. For the working sets I did as many with both arms as I could and then I went from arm to arm to get some more reps out. Felt a good squeeze in the outer portion of my lats.

Between sets of the above I worked in some Lying Hamstring Curls. I went up to one plate off full stack (76kg I believe it was)... my hamstrings are getting stronger... could really work the full ROM and squeeze at all the right points.

Seated Unilateral Cable Rows

I worked up to a moderate weight for myself of 220lbs (100kg), and went for the squeeze. I did about 4 work sets there, alternating arms between reps and squeezing the lats hard. While doing this exercise I also kept super-setting in the Lying Hamstring Curls.

Dumb-Bell Rows

Here I jumped in at the top of the rack, doing 3 sets per arm with the 67kg dumb bells. I aimed for about 10-12 reps, but I didn't count the reps... instead I just focused on the squeeze and form. I followed this up with 3 more sets at 55kg doing the same. Was dripping in sweat by this point.

Stiff Legged Deadlifts

This was the last exercise I did today. I only did 60kg and I focused on getting them pumped up with 5 sets of 20 reps. Felt really good!

Can't wait for next week...
