I'm not being negative, I just say it how it is.

That is a massive bench gain in 7 days! If u actually did that then congrats.

Anyway u live round westgate dnt u so come for a chest day next week or whenever the computer tells u it's chest day... If u did that in 7 days imagine what ull be doing in 14 days.

Be keen to see it in person.

I could even film it for u so u can put an entry into this cool and u could film mine.

Doubt ull show tho.

I bet the urge to unblock is strong IDW :pfft:

Good benching man. Almost what I do (unspotted) and I can bench 4 wheels easily. You should have it in the bag with a spotter as long as they are just there to help the bar off, not actually help move the weight like I see so many douche bags do

Yeah it's very tempting. Must resist! :pfft:

It's relieving seeing "This post was made by tomsammce who is currently on your ignore list. Display this post."... ah, I can get on with my day and grow in peace.

It seems a big jump from 160 - 180 for me though... a mate of mine who's a much larger guy tore a pec badly by trying to make the jump too quickly. One of his pecs look like shit now and his arm moves all funny! That's the last thing I want to happen to me.

I'll inch it up over the next few weeks.

Will see if there are small things that can help u bench more like keeping your shoulders pinned back, what the bar motion is during your rep, and loading up the chest as you're lowering the bar down.

Thanks to Damo and crew I went from benching 120 for 6 rep sets to 190 in about 9mths.

Like any strength training if you're already below par when you start you get a fast gain in weights, that's normal. Then once you reach close to your real max it's a far slower climb :pfft:

Tom, I can't see your posts because you're blocked.

If what you've got to say is something nice, then thanks.

But if it's not, then just shut the f*ck up already, you're just a stupid looser... that is all.

This thread is rediculous lol and ull prob say why do I post in it then? To try make fuckwits like you wake up and get with reality.

Cheers guys. Just returned from a great weekend of jet skis and water sports. Was fun!

Yep I plan on entering a video for SG's NZBB comp - that's what this whole thread is about essentially.

The cycle is going great. Feeling good all round. Can't complain.

My split for the week:

Legs

Chest

Shoulders

Arms

Back

Good night fellas! Adios 8)

Change to my cycle.

Have dropped NPP in favour of Deca, now pinning twice per week. For the shots I just mix everything together... seems to be working well like that... did my shot last night... no pip whatsoever today. Makes the 400mg/mL Mast E usable rather than crippling :pfft:

Have decided to take a deload week this week to help the switch from NPP to Deca and also to let an injury settle down a little bit.

With all this furious benching I've been doing I've kind of strained my pec minor (tendon?) on my left side. It should be sweet if I give it a week to settle.

you gotta take it slow on the heavier bench weights mate.

Don't rush the set-up or the reps cos the chest muscle isn't the weakest link by a long shot. Tendons, tie-ins, wrists, elbows, and shoulders are much weaker.

stay safe

Cheers mate. Yea... it's only a niggle in there but it's there. I've always had a bad let arm/shoulder... just got to learn to live with it and try and make the best out of it possible.

Android makes some good points here. The biggest chance of injury, particularly in bench for some reason, it to not be properly warmed up & allow all the connective tissue time to become subtle. I guess its got to do with the amount of muscle & connective tissue that is in use when benching & its not entirely a natural movement like most pulling lifts - DLs etc

It's far safer to start on one plate, or even half a plate, a side than jumping into 2 or 3 plates too early. Listen to your body when going through the warmup process to see if there are any niggles going on. If everything feels good you can progress into working sets.

Try & avoid the temptation to load up the bar in 20kg plates once you start working sets & particularly when you are close to maxing out. It's a massive jump from 3-4 plates or 4-5, not that I can do those weights now but I do have partners that can & this slow approach has not resulted in any pec tears to date.

Great, thanks for contributing MNZ. Kudos.

Warm ups are very crucial as MNZ points out. And, when you do find yourself injured and not 100% it's also very important to realise it and back off as soon as possible.

Think I'm going to drop the Boldenone. Damn anxiety! Who else gets this?

Tren's starting to creep up on me too... Tren E is completely different to Tren A in how it builds up. Sleep's been OK, but sometimes I just wake up feeling fresh and not wanting anymore... after only a couple of hours of sleep. Which is a bit shit.

I found tren did that to me. EQ was all good.

Yea, well Tren does it to me a bit as well - not really anxiety, more like loopy a bit... the Tren anxiety I can endure. But, the Bold anxiety "feels" different to me... and when you couple it with Tren it's an odd mix. Maybe it just takes a while to settle in to it. Hmm

anxiety...paranoia...?

can't you just block these thoughts out or manage them if you know they're artificially induced?

I don't know, probably to some degree. Is that what you do?

It's not a constant thing I feel. Just sometimes, like yesterday, I was avoiding stuff because of it. Like... "oh there's that group of people", let's avoid them and walk this way...

lol at these grown men getting anxiety issues from bodybuilding drugs jfc...

why don't u keep cycles simple for once?? 1g test 16 weeks. done. or 1g test 300mg tren. done.

ppl mixing diff compounds which is unnecessary then surprised when they cant handle it because they're lightweights

jfc Who is Daniel Joyce? Post some pics already.

Because I've done all of that and I want to play around with tidfferent combinations maybe. I didn't just start cycling last year like you... I've been mucking with gear for close to 10 years now.

Thanks for your input. Simple cycles are probably the better way though, better than a bucketload approach. :)

I assaulted that guy during my first cycle of Tren and ever since then I'm just more aware that the feeling that the hormone gives is artificial and not one that I would normally have...so now I just ignore it.

I don't avoid these situations but I avoid reacting to them.

Still if you can't control it at least you can identify it and adjust...all good
