Crap all sides if you manage the things that cause them. Keep prolactin and estrogen in check with on Tren and Deca and you'll be sweet.

Boldenone is quite weak mg / mg compared to Testosterone

Masteron is completely different, can't really compare it mg / mg to Testosterone

Tren, granted my dose is on the upper end of the scale

NPP, I'm using a reasonable dosage, don't expect any problems

Holy mother moses. You after a 180 bench only now. i would have thought someone poppin the dose you are would've far exceeded that by now, givin your training age. Ever hear of the term train big or go home? If you are the weight you say you are and cannot bench a 180 by now even training natty you dont deserve that milestone. Srs. I know guys half your weight and size that could a 180kg bench while in season rugby training with no aid at all ofcourse. Just plain hard work.

i agree with a bit of what u just said and yes i think its way OTT but to IDW's credit he has a good chest and if training as a BB who cares what u can lift aslong as ur growing

Fair enough dont have a problem with that but he did say he wants to get strong, didn't he. Wanting to bench 180 for reps does mean you are doing strength training and not bodybuilding. But anyway each to their own dont know the dude so he can do whatever he wants.

I agree with TLAF, IDW does have a good chest. He obviously hasn't pushed for a big bench. At 90kg a legit 180kg bench (2x bodyweight) would be a bloody good achievement, equipped or not.

Alot of benching is technical so if you setup to work the muscle instead of pushing the weight you will go lighter. Only recently over the past couple of years worked on the technicalities of benching and Increased my 1RM about 25%. Have I got 25% stronger? No not at all, just more technically efficient (and maybe a little bit stronger). So instead of throwing more gear at it, you should work with someone who can teach you to bench properly IDW.

I'm not having a go at you Darkmanx but in my experience rugby players bench and squats are no where near what we would define as a legit bench or squat ('spotters' that do more than spot, partial rep etc) so your comparison is not relevant.

Clearly the trainer in charge of the team who you have noticed has got his qualifications from a lucky packet or you are making a very gross generalisation about rugby players all over. I have never worked with any strength and conditioning trainers in my 10 year career where we did partail reps or anything remotely close. In fact a couple of them was very strict about doing movements properly almost to the extent of being at a powerlifting comp. Pause and all and if he and there was a she wasn't happy it did not get recorded, period. All hail bodybuilders, you are the fukin supreme of this world(see now im making a gross generlisation). Holy fukin hell, i cant even make a ligitimate positive comment without you ripping someone a new asshole. Seriosly. At no point did i ever say IDW had a under developed chest or anything. My comment was purely based on him taking copious amount of enhancement and him still not having made it to 180. He obviously been training for a while now. Is 180 really such a stretch for some asspecially when on the good stuff. Anyway do your worst i really dont give a f*ck.

SG - agree fully re: technically more efficient. I wrote something here once on my views on that. Cliffnotes - ROM changes, neurological efficiency, muscle mass = better lifts.

Darkmanx - can totally see your viewpoint, but like SG I've seen first hand S&C Coaches here in NZ have guys doing partials for testing (think we've had this discusssion ages ago?).

180 bench @ 90 is sick, I was just contemplating how far off 200 bench I was at <100. Though its not my aim (and I dont bench often) I think I'd be at least 8-12 months of focused bench only training & technical work to acheive this, if indeed I could. Anyone doing double bodyweight raw is a freak in my eyes. :nod:

good on ya for posting up what you do IDW. it's people that put this out in the public that add value to the knowledge base, positive experiences or not.

I hope what you are doing works and you get the 180 bench goal, if it doesn't work then you've learnt something as well....win / win imo :pfft:

I might try Tren-E, would come off the Deca if I did consider it.

Have run Deca and Tren-A together for a short time with no issues and was really happy with the effects on strength, shape and joints at the time.
