clen & antihistamines

Recommended Posts

Everyone raves on about continuous clen usage with the help of a decent antihistamine like benadryl or ketotifen to upregulate the receptors.

My question is, has anyone used any other antihistamines that have been successful, such as loratadine?

Have plenty of it at home and would like to keep running clen instead of having 2 weeks off.

Ketotifen slows desensitization of Beta receptors (i.e. Upgrades them) by inhibiting phospholipase A2, which is the enzyme that breaks down methylated phospholipids, and this action in turn keeps the phospholipid membrane stable, and thus keeps the receptors functioning properly.

I don't believe any of the other antihistamines do this. People have speculated diphenhydramine could but I don't think there are any studies to back it up

thanks for that diabolic.

The only Ketotifen products I can find that are sold in NZ are the eye drops as it says the tablets and syrup were discontinued in 2000 due to decreasing sales.

Ideally I should have looked into this a little earlier but thought I would be happy on 2 week cycling.

hmm could be a good time to bring through customs as the volume of parcels coming through at this time of the year may create less chance of it being seized.

On the other hand though, by the time it arrives I'll most likely be back on anyway. Might just jam the albuterex that my brother sent me over from Aus and see how I go until i can get back onto the clen.

Does anyone ever stick to the full 14 days off or go back on after 10? Been reading a few threads about people being fine after 10 days off. This would be ideal for me.
