Hey guys,

Wanting your opinion on Nar Labs vs Gold Standard Whey.

Female currently reducing bodyfat while maintaing lean muscle.

Nar Labs has the thermogenic properties which will help me w. goals has anyone tried this protein before?

I have been using ON Gold Standard 100% for over a year now.

Not sure whether to carry on w Gold Standard or try Nar Labs which tastes amazing, far better than ON =)

Opinions would be great thanks.

bit of a laugh reading some of the reviews on that site, especially that one of the guy who says he felt really different after taking it rofl.

re the taste, that's gotta be a personal decision whether to switch brands because of it.

re the fat burning properties ; seems more of a gimmick really. combined total of 1g of the cla/ala/l-carnitine/efas per scoop of whey. already debatable whether those are of particular use let alone of any use at all in such low dosings.. not faulting the protein or the brand, just saying i wouldn't count on it to give an edge over any other wheys as far as fat burning is concerned. of course you may not just be taking 1 scoop a day, it may be 3, 4, 5, 6 or more thus bumping things up to a more reasonable dosage but is it always going to be like that? also we don't even know the exact breakdown because that part is hidden (could be a really useless ratio). seems like it would be better to just buy the ingredients from the so called 'fat burner system' separately and gain full control over how much of each supplement you get in.
