Sorry SG, MT was trolling Power Lifter for life.

Gave 135 Bench a shot failed, should get it next week.

Negged for trolling. 5 wilks points deducted from total :naughty:

Just kidding. I know that feel bro, I failed on 4 reps dead lifting 240 tonight. It wasn't all in vain though. Watching back the video I could see why I failed the last lift. Basically my whole form sucks big time :doh:

Yeah same here, form was awful can do far better. 240 bro you need to relax man. Might try deads next week if Smolov hasn't killed me.

No more entries for me lol. My back is feeling quite sore after pushing it last week so I can't risk injuring my back again. Back to the light weights :grin:

Qualified with 3 impressive lifts. Currently leading the powerlifting board anyway. Good job bro :nod:

Here's my first attempt at the 5-rep challenge.

BW = 144.5kg

Squat - 270x5 - tough!

Bench - 160x5 - nearly failed lol.

Deadlift - 250kg - tech a bit off.

Tougher doing heavy 5s rather than they heavy 3s/2s/1s I normally do - but was good fun and added a good change to training.

Damn our squats and bench cancel each other out so I'm going to have to pull some decent Deadlifts to catch you!
