I know that I'm not that big on here, but I came to this site because this is the way that I started to train, life changes and things evolve. I'm happy that the site is slowly evolving as well and actually look forward to the change.

I am so happy by all the knowledge that I have gained while being part of this site and I am pleased that I have ruffled a few feathers and got some of you thinking about different things. I feel that I have grown and a I have seen a lot of other grow. BUT things have to change to keep up with the times.

Good work Pseudo!!!

It's always hard coming up with a name and branding - you know you've made it when your brand/company names becomes a verb ie. google - 'just google it and see'

GymNation might not hit the same heights as Google but I'm sure it will be a hit - I'll rep a t-shirt of GymNation for sure (subtle hint for free GymNation t-shirt) \:D/

All the best going forward bro!

i get what IDW is saying.

As a competitive bodybuilder there isn't alot of worth in posting questions here (hence I don't)

You get people who have never prepared or competed or worse have and were shit at it (trying to do their best I guess) giving their opinion on what to eat and what to train like. you have to hear stupid remarks from light-weights that meal timings don't matter, that you can eat less and still grow cos you're taking gear, or that you're eating too much protein or whatever. Oh and they constantly refer to research articles.

Don't take this the wrong way! I love to hear alternative ways of doing stuff, but it's spouted as advice from people who go to the gym for different reasons than myself and they've never practiced their advice for years to see if it "actually" works.

So I doubt Gymnation can cater to everyone all at the same website tbh.

I'd rather find a site for bodybuilders, real people who have gained size and know what it takes, have been there, stood on stage and didn't look like shit.

And when I'm done with Bodybuilding and move on to another pasttime I'll probably look for a site that caters to that.

Someone build a website and call it SportsNation.co.nz and cater to every sport ever played. See how the forum discussions go then...(it's not registered btw be in quick!)

Hence why there exists specialist sites like cycling forums to cater for...omg cyclists!

lol but meal timings don't matter.
