Good numbers at the show which is encouraging, tho typical early show standard re: conditioning, to be expected I supposed?

I thought you had aspirations of going to physique Andrew?

NABBA NAC / NZ has been weak in this class for a while (especially last year which was just sh*t by anyone's standard), so realistically with the condition you've attained in the last few years you've got a good chance at the overall physique title if you stack 5kg or so on? What do ya think?

Conditioning was excellent Nate, across a number of categories including Men's physique - notably Karl Cook and Paul Mansour, but also in Women's Figure and Men's Athletic.

+1, you have good shape and symmetry last year looked good in the physique class just needed to get leaner like you did the previous years.

No doubt you will clean up the athletic class again this year if you stick with it.

Just going off the few photos I saw...and that's not excellent.

Aron Noble, Steve Orton etc at last years NABBA-WFF nats were examples of excellent conditioning (as were many others in all feds throughout 2012).

And your example of Men's Athletic is poor as we've all seen Andrew tighter than he was in this early show.

Don't take it as a criticism, I did say typical of an early show (with athletes often aiming to peak later in the year). No different from recent NZIFBB show where the majority weren't in fantastic shape.
