Most probably know today you can get really cheap stuff online through the states, shipping normally a biatch though.

NZ Post seems to have a pretty good thing going at following link -

Pretty handy if you want to order something from online store that doesn't ship out of the states - just ship to the address post gives you, pay cheaper postage and they get it to you!

May come in handy for some!

Now would it be really worth it, as there are things from the states that I really want, but is the shipping going to be cheaper. I mean I don't really want to pay more than one has too. The last pair of shoes cost me $50 US to ship so yes it may be cheaper. Let us know what you get, how fast and how much... I think that there will be plenty looking at this thread.

Have a look at the website. It tells you the exact NZD cost for =<500g then in fixed 500g increments. Unless they were mighty funky shoes, the weight of the entire package was either <1000g or <500g so costing miles under the direct shipping cost. This assumes 'free shipping to continental US!!!' which is common enough.
