I train to be as get as big as possible and when it comes time to cut down i start to feel insecure about dropping weight although i am getting much more comments on my improved physique and leaness i dont feel as though im progressing toward my goal of becoming a beast.

more of a case of what makes you happy some guys i train with never go over 8% year round. i also don't like people thinking that i only lift to take my shirt off and score girls. i lifted for rugby and couldnt stop.

i have dieted down from 83 kilos down to 78 im 164cm sitting around 12% bodyfat and have whipped out the mass gainers, olive oil, steak and peanut butter again for a summer bulk sure being ripped is cool but dont train for other people train for yourself i say f*ck a waistline

i want to be big enough that i can stop crime through my presence

i dont know why i wrote this just getting fucked off without gaining size for a while when that is why i lift in the first place seeing a huge guy today made me remember why i train and made me say F**k the diet bearmode engaged.

why do you train?

TLDR

Beast! Haha

I think there is an element of me training for other people (sadly). But mainly it is a challenge thing. I was told when I was a teenager at a boys' school that "a good man always has some sort of project/challenge on the boil" and that is it for me.
