Stomach bug while on

I am in my 5th week of my cycle and have caught some kind of stomach bug, feel sick as bloated as can't eat feel like death and all I want to do is eat and train! I'm so pissed off and scared to hop on the scales, think il wait a week or so before I weigh myself again or it might be depressing lol

Yeh it's so annoying, been training hard eating heaps making good gains so far then some bug kicks you on your ass can't eat can't train been pissing out my ass all day
