I live on caffeine, pre workout I am using neurocore, happened to stock up on it before being removed. When I run out, in maybe two years time I'll try some thing else. Caffeine is the cheapest stimulant, but your body becomes accustom to the fix. Started on instant coffee, moved to plunger coffee now I buy my own beans to grind to get the fresher strongest caffeine fix. If you are young pre 20 years old, motivation is the only fix you need.

I use c4 and quite like it. I get it free though so I'm not sure if I would buy it. I mix it with a scoop of waxy maize and a scoop of whey. I only just added these and I am getting crazy pumps and sustaining my intensity pretty well. I was having two scoops of both waxy maize and whey but I was using insulin pre workout as well so it was part of that protocol. Now I'm not using the insulin I have cut back the carbs but stil getting great pumps.

Post workout I just eat a meal or if I am in a rush have whey with oats and a little peanut butter.

me personally go for any pre suppz its designed for when you are sreddin you know your calories

are low as f*ck your gona need something brah if your maintaining have coffee or jak off lol
