Diet Advice

I have been reading this forum for a few weeks now and i am just wondering if i could get some advice on what foods will benefit my goal.

I currently weigh 137kg and i am 6ft2" and at the moment i do little exercise which is a 2-5k walk/jog every 2nd day, my goal is to get around 90-100 kgs and i want to pack some muscle on once i cut down.

Last year i was going to the gym 4-5 days a week and doing mild weight training little cardio and no strick diet for about 5 months and went from 140kgs down to 120 but since working overseas have gotten very slack.

I am just after some guidelines or even a basic diet as i am planning on hitting the gym again.
