I sure every enhanced athelete has the dreaded phase where they put down the pin to return their natural horomones to their natural balance. During this time we often hit lows emotionally and physically. Its when we are at this that we get the itch to get things rolling again.

We throwaround the time on= time off on the forums but back on earth I rarely meet people who follow this protocol. They often say they felt things going again and so jumped back on. It's seem pretty common to be back on after 6 weeks off (after PCT).

I suppose I am asking the question;wat do you follow? Time on= time off, when you feel things going again, when the bloods show things are cranking again, when ther sperm count is back up.

I understand length and dosage are factors but can some please indicate a solid practice on returning back to the silly sauce.

I guess if your not going off to bring things back to normal, start the natty again, is there any point in going off?

dont the internet doctors say the longer you suppress natural test the harder it is to restart the engine? I dont really want to be on the rest of my life.

Another concern is having children later in life.

Bloods would be good to do if you got the spare cash and time man, as long as its normal, your feeling healthy should be no harm going back on. If its a big cycle maybe lay of longer afterwards, if bloods are normal its a good indication your doing ok.

Some peeps still have kids while on too, theres hope for us all :P

Everyone is different.

Have heard 5-6mths of intensive PCT using everything under the sun to return Test levels back to normal for someone who had been on for years in a row.

Have personally used bloods to indicate that 6-8 weeks is fine for me after a 9mth cycle coming off short-acting gear....but don't go off internet results mate, go through trial and error and satisfy yourself that what you're doing is ok.

I have also known guy(s) who produce children while taking gear it isn't a contraceptive LOL! And I've personally produced a fine speciman of a baby 2 months after coming off (with some oral Test capsules during that time-off cos workouts sucked eggs back before I discovered DHEA helped alot).

Each to their own.

The mental itch you speak of is just coming to grips with reality...you can't lift, recover, and live as well off it as you can on it.

Have to lower your expectations or you'll get that feeling every single time and give in.

Failing that, convince yourself that staying on is good for you... :pfft:

The way I approach recovery after being "on" is if you let the hormones rule your thinking you'd stay home all day and do nothing because you're weak, tired, can't be arsed...and with no stimulus why would your body even bother making it's own Test in a hurry when you're either lifting piss-light weights or skipping workouts? Take anything that will get you in the gym, get you fired up, and working out!

This is when NO powders, Test boosters, PHs etc come in handy for the enhanced bodybuilder.

I've recently used Cialis during my latest PCT instead of DHEA. Have found it to be great for personal life as well as workouts. On the daily dosing (5mg-10mg) it makes you feel good as well, takes away any lazy grumpy feelings you might get when Test levels drop way low. (don't mistake it for Viagra, totally different experience lol)

this is true. ive been on the whole year from end of feb with 7 weeks off june/july test and tren up to 1050mg/week total and i just had sperm test done and results were considered "normal"

Which would you rate better Cialis or DHEA or stacked together?

I used Nolvadex, Testogen and Osterine throughout. Added GHRP-6 and Cialis when the low days were coming and throughout them.

Couldn't tell you the difference except that Cialis kept me "satisfied" is best to describe it. And I haven't dropped below 116kg (about to go on soon).

So this has been my most successful PCT to date.

Before with Nolvadex, DHEA and an N.O would have dropped more size from my appetite dropping away and would have skippped sex for 2-3 weeks just becos no interest and tired at the end of the day.

Together...a stack?

Not likely synergistic that's for the realm of anabolics. Trouble is how would I know unless I added in DHEA next time...and if I got the same great result would it mean DHEA wasn't required?

Personally I think I replaced DHEA with Osterine as a Test Booster that doesn't inhibit the HPTA....but that's just me.

I think I covered all the areas that can help with PCT.

1. An Estrogen blocker

2. A Vasillodator (N.O drink to help workouts)

3. A Test booster (Osterine or DHEA)

4. Appetite Booster (GHRP-6)

5. Sex Booster (Cialis)

Of course a low dose of Test would have done all that :pfft: hahahahaha!

Yea that's a good statement lol

If you're not committed to staying off long enough to actually recover... that's the way to go (why waste all that muscle!). hahahaha

I've found that a small sub-q (preferably into fat) injection 3x per week is great.. makes me feel like I'm 18 again. :lol: Yea I know it's against the grain, but it's making me feel great! So it must be good.
