any1 know tenosynovitis heal time?

ive been to a physio - he said i should rest and ice it,

and it would heal in a couple weeks.. he said that 4 weeks ago and hes still saying it should heal in a few weeks.. but the pain is still the same as it started

if theres any1 that knows someone whos had synovitis i need to know what they did and how long did it take them to fully recover and get back to big weights

-NSAID's

-SAID's

-Rest

My wrist have come alot better by taking 2 weeks off the gym, back now training three days with not pushing movements only pulling.

im sure i would be able to do pulling movements only as well due to my sprained ligament,

unfortunately for me i ALSO have an inflammed tendon sheath(same wrist), so i have to completely rest until there is no trace of inflammation.

or i will just be building more scar tissue,...

ive already re inflamed it like 5-6 times :/

I also have an inflamed tendon sheath, I just do exercises I feel no pain on like thumb less grip conventional deadlift and bent over row's.

Pretty much only train legs and back at the moment. Maybe some isolation work on Triceps also.
