Hey team, just your thoughts on a couple of things.. I have been training hard getting ready

For summer. Cardio 1 day with abs and next day weights and so on with one rest day.. For cardio I do 20min of sprints On treadmill. I have lost a fear bit of weight around my stomach. I was never reali fat just enough to stop abs been seen lol. I eat clean

But I am Reali struggling to lose the last wee bit of fat just covering my abs. I was thinking of trying fat burners, maybe ripped freak or hydroxicut. First of do any of these supps work?? Or do you know of some that do?? Other wise any tips of how I can change my training to get rid of that sstubben fat that's left?? Tensing I can just see my abs but otherwise I can't Reali see them. Any tips or help with supps would be great. Cheers

Are you counting your macros?? If you are try lowering your calories a bit and see if it makes any difference. I would recommend Gaspari Nutrition Detonate. I like to use fat burners when I hit a plato while cutting

Edit - I heard hydroxycut has some bad ingredients in them? someone correct me on this.
