That's a great deal bro, I found 3mg melatonin to be effective.

Yeah, i managed to strike up a pretty good relationship with a company in the US. Pretty much get product at wholesale minus another X percentage off depending on the brand. Pretty stoked. That melatonin only set me back NZ$3/bottel. Only downfall about the order was is shipping. Took nearly 2 weeks and the reason is i have to use my own freight forwarder. But hey im a patient man. The last time i tried to buy some melatonin over here with prescription it was like $50 for 12 i think. Rip off.

How do you find the melatonin would be good to take as I do shift work

Well i only used it once, last night and cant say i felt a major difference but i did kinda felt sleepier for once. My sleep was still very much broken and i was still awke alot of the night but there was a certain calmness in me. I think only with using over time i think will i see some real results

Ooh cant really give away my secret now. Its from the US and the company is actually a distributor and not retail outlet. Hence the cheaper pricing than what BB.com or Iherb or nutraplnet can do. As long as i give them my continious business they will look after me. That was the deal pretty much.

Oh and the bars are off the chain. Very yummy indeed.
