My intro

Hi there,

I started training 2 years ago after going on a learning exercise for work and gained 5 kilos. That was in 5 days. Bad I know, but it was free food.

I was 131kgs. I got myself fit and down to 110 kgs in a year. I went of track again at Xmas and gained almost 10 kgs in 5 months. My wife got us a neutristionalist which showed my eating plan was way off track. So a change of diet and since a change in gym, I am finally under 110 and going. I don't really track my weights yet as I am not lifting heavy stuff more moving the fat :pfft: . I train 5 days a week with my wife and we are enjoying the benefits of being healthy. So currently 6'2" tall 108kgs 24 %body fat(and dropping).

So hi from me to you all.

Yea I am at 24% now but feel more comfortable at around the 20% mark.

I use to hang around that when I was a wee young las at the gym, but getting back into it.

Started off at 40%+.

Not going to rnv.

I have only thought about doing any comps but keen to just level out then rethink my plans if I want to commit to training for one again.

intredasting...good that your wife is into trying to be healthy and training with you. however there's only like 50 days to rnv and you're 24% bodyfat?!

Are you getting shredded for RnV?
