Anyone whipped up a batch of scrambled eggs, tupperwear'd and refrigerated it for later?

How did it taste, is it safe ? (trying to stay safe of course)

How long we talking Agent?

Ive coooked up a batch on a sat night and ate up the last bits on the tues, so around 72hrs?.... by Tues they were a bit watery but smelt ok, so i just shoveled em down taste was all good as well, i think as long as you keep em in the fridge they will be fine for a couple of days.

Freezing them on the other hand, have tries this with eggs and when reheating the texture is awful.

Yup, I've done this plenty, and never had a problem. Heaps easier to get down than cold boiled eggs too. I just keep it in a cooler bag during the day to be safe.
