Hey im after some reccomendations for a good program for a girl friend of mine she is new to weights and gym and has no idea what shes doing and the PT they set her up with is being a scrotum and hasnt wrote a program yet.

she wants to go 3-4 times a week and to lose bodyfat and gain some muscle

Something basic would be good or a website.
